1. AI Disclaimer & Liability

Conceptual Use Only: Acknowledge that all renders and designs are probabilistic, conceptual outputs for visualization and may not be accurate or suitable for construction.
Professional Review Required: Agree that no AI-generated output will be used for actual engineering, permitting, or construction without review and validation by a licensed professional.
No Warranty: The service is provided "as is," and the platform disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy or legal compliance of generated designs.

2. Data Privacy (GDPR/CCPA)

Purpose of Collection: Consent to the collection of your name, email, and phone number solely for waitlist management and marketing updates.
Data Rights: Acknowledge your right to request data access or deletion at any time by contacting us.
Security: We implement measures to protect your data and will not share it with unauthorized third parties.

3. Intellectual Property & Marketing

Ownership: Users generally retain rights to their inputs, but acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may have limited copyright protection under current laws.
Marketing License: Grant Nova a limited license to use renders generated for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., social media showcases).

4. Beta Participation

Feedback: Agree to provide feedback on the tool's performance and usability if requested.
Confidentiality: Acknowledge that early-access features are proprietary and should not be publicly disclosed without permission.
